Our Puppy Health Guarantee
The health of your puppy is a big deal. It is as important to you as it is to us!
We share your commitment to ensuring their lifelong health and happiness. While we wish we could guarantee a lifetime of perfect health, several variables beyond our control influence your new family member's overall well-being. Alongside your affection and companionship, providing a well-balanced, nourishing diet, regular exercise, and routine veterinary check-ups are vital steps you, as a responsible pet owner, should take to ensure your puppy's lasting health.
The Seller guarantees Your Puppy to be free from infectious diseases for 5 (five) days after the puppy leaves our premises and guarantees the Puppy to be free from genetic problems for up to one year of age.
This guarantee covers your puppy against fatal and life altering congenital and genetic diseases which adversely affect the health of the animal.
This includes: generalized demodectic mange (not localized), kidney and heart failure and liver problems.
The guarantee covers your dog against severe luxating patellas (from 4th degree) , severe hip and elbow dysplasia which hampers the dog’s movement and natural gait and requires surgery to correct until three (3) years of age.
Please note: Hip and joint problems can be caused by or influenced by overfeeding, improper diet, failure to maintain proper weight, failure to provide sufficient exercise, over-exercising or improper exercising which would be out of our control.

Any French bulldog female sold by seller for breeding purpose is recommended to be a minimum of 16 months of age before being bred. Buyer of the bulldog female agrees that the female bulldog will be retired by a maximum age of 5 years. Buyer agrees that bulldog female sold in this contract will not have more than 4 litters in bulldog’s lifetime.

Fertility of any French bulldog sold for breeding is not guaranteed. Infertility can be cause of infection any kind, overweight/ underweight, Thyroid insufficiency, Injuries, bad living conditions and etc. We do not guarantee temperament. Our dogs have demonstrated great stable temperament. All our Puppies are temperament tested and sound when delivered. We take great pains to provide a secure, loving environment for our Puppies from birth and provide daily proper socialization.
After Delivery, the responsibility is on the Buyer to provide a good environment with proper socialization. It is the Buyer’s responsibility to keep the Puppy free from harm and bad interactions with other people, dogs and animals. We do not guarantee of clear results of all new health test like DM, CMR1, HUU, JHC.
We do not believe that they are important or necessary for this breed. Seller will provide Buyer with a puppy that is clean; in good general health and that has no known physical defects.
De-wormings and first immunizations will have been completed and detailed in writing if puppy is older than 8 weeks. It is generally recognized that intestinal parasites (worms etc) are common in puppies, and are a part of a puppy’s early development but we will make every effort to prevent parasites.
Often, however, the stress of change and travel can cause intestinal parasites to emerge. Buyer agrees to continue parasite testing and treatment (if necessary) with their veterinarian. Buyer has 2 days from the delivery date to have the Dog examined by a licensed veterinarian, at Buyer’s sole cost.

If the Dog fails the examination, Buyer may return the Dog, with a written statement from the veterinarian, for a full refund. Failure by Buyer to have the Dog examined within the 2 day period will nullify this warranty. If Buyer chooses to keep the puppy, no replacement will be given and all medical costs and treatment are sole responsibility of the Buyer.

This health guarantee will be null and void. This Guarantee does NOT cover diseases which are not life threatening and do not adversely affect the health of the animal are not covered by this guarantee.
Such diseases are localized demodectic mange, cherry eye, skin allergies, Entropion, Ectropion, umbilical hernia, dermatitis. Coccidia, giardia, kennel cough; cold and other bacterial diseases are not covered. All these bacterial diseases can be caught during the transportation and can be easily cured with proper medicine.

Seller will NOT replace a puppy due to heat stroke, abuse/neglect, or improper socialization. Buyer agrees that they have thoroughly researched the French Bulldog breed, and understand the many health issues they can possess. Buyer is responsible for all medical costs of their puppy. (No refunds will be given)This guarantee covers only the original Buyer and is not transferable. To ensure that Buyer does not euthanize the Dog or take it to an animal shelter, Seller will take the Dog back at any time during the Dog’s lifetime. Seller will not issue a refund or provide another Dog to Buyer unless the Dog’s return was a result of any misrepresentation on the part of Seller with respect to the Dog’s health.
